Joining Utility Warehouse as their Digital Design Lead, the goal 
was to elevate the digital customer experience across all marketing and communication touch-points by creating consistent, user-friendly digital experiences. This involved balancing user, business,
and technical needs, ensuring consistency across web, digital advertising, email, and social platforms while optimising design processes.

Process & Approach

Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX, product, and creative, to develop cohesive digital experiences. Designed high-quality digital assets that aligned with brand identity and engaged users across multiple channels. Led the optimisation of digital marketing assets by refining templates and workflows for greater efficiency. Stayed ahead of digital design trends, implementing new tools and techniques to enhance creative output. Additionally, mentored and developed a team of digital designers, fostering a strong creative community.

Email Redesign

Redesigned email templates to streamline visual components, improving clarity and user engagement by refining the labelling system and ensuring consistency across digital channels.

Process & Approach

Analysed existing email performance to identify pain points, such as readability issues and low engagement rates. Developed wireframes and UI concepts focusing on clear information hierarchy, accessibility, and visual clarity.
Redefined typography, spacing, and layout to ensure key details stood out and enhanced overall user experience. Standardised design components for consistency across different policy emails and digital touch-points. Collaborated with stakeholders to align content structure with business needs while maintaining a user-first approach.
