Project Overview

As part of a major digital re-platform, I collaborated with in-house teams and an external agency to enhance the website and app experience across multiple breakpoints and devices. The goal was to improve usability, engagement, and conversion rates while ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform. My role involved reviewing UI designs, providing UX feedback, and developing digital content to support the launch.

Process & Approach

I conducted functionality and design reviews, working closely with developers and designers to refine user flows, particularly for checkout, account pages, and content areas. Research and testing played
a key role in identifying pain points and proposing solutions within the platform’s technical constraints.

Outcome & Impact

The re-platform launch successfully improved site performance, usability, and visual consistency. User engagement increased,
with a notable uplift in conversions due to enhanced checkout
flows and refined content structures.

Checkout journey

The checkout journey was a critical focus of the re-platform, ensuring 
a seamless and efficient process for users across global markets.

Wishlist

The most-used feature on the platform, were a key focus to ensure users could retain their selections seamlessly across all browsing scenarios.

VAT Invoice Comms

VAT invoices were previously attached as PDFs in communications. I was tasked with designing a wireframe to embed them directly within email templates, ensuring easier access and improved readability.
